( A term long series of workshops for Years 5 or 6 )
Homer's Odyssey is one of the great mythic tales of human history. It tells the story of the Ithacan King, Odysseus, and his long journey home after the Greek victory at Troy. On his quest he meets a vast array of characters; from witches, sea nymphs and ghosts roaming the halls of the dead, to the terrible one eyed Cyclops.
This course uses the great myth to provide a truly memorable term long workshop which is receiving outstanding feedback. In a highly interactive series of sessions students are given the opportunity to live through the story themselves and learn a whole manner of creative communication skills
